A chronicle of my Master Cleanse fast and conversion to a Raw Food lifestyle. Why am I doing it? Ultimately, I want to be better disciplined and prove to myself that I CAN do the seemingly impossible and reap the physical, emotional and spiritual benefits that come from fasting and learning how to eat and love eating food that is good for me - truly good for me.
